My IX5S scooter had an issue where the scooter was able to turn on and operate without using the key. Customer service was very quick and responsive to my query and emails. Customer service provided me with a quick and satisfactory solution to my problem. Customer service shipped replacement parts to resolve my problem.
I order 2 iX3 scooter, received them in 3 days, one had a defective throttle, I contact them, quick and very consumer oriented reply and after few pertinent questions, they confirm they ship a new one, simple like that! I try my new iX3, 100% satisfied, they are able to do all what they said can they do! Very happy and I strongly recommend iScooter product and company.
