I’m really impressed with the iScooter iX3 and the team behind it. The scooter itself is fantastic—smooth ride, powerful motor, great lighting, and a solid battery. But what really stood out was the customer service. We had a small issue with one of the wheels shortly after purchase, and as soon as we contacted them, they responded quickly and professionally. The issue was resolved without hassle, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that supports its customers this well. Between the quality of the product and the outstanding communication from their support team, I’m genuinely happy with the purchase. Highly recommended!
The customers service team is very polite and they answers very fast to my concerns, they have a professional customer service team, i have some problem with the battery and they explained it to me very clear that its normal and I'm well convinced. Iscooter is a great brand for anyone buying a first time or even a returning customer, I really love their customer support as anything I need they will always send it out. This company’s prices are great and so is their build quality so far my Iscooter ix5s has only had its stem shake and nothing else has happened.
