Ordered multiple times

Ordered multiple times, worst since he hasn't got a walk in shop. Parcels have been lost with delivery service and replacement also lost. Ordered again for a small part and no delivery again Had to order somewhere else! Not happy don't understand why you can't walk in and get it ourselves

Excellent service

I ordered twelve bearings on the Wednesday, requested delayed delivery because of an unexpected appointment on the Thursday (which was acknowledged) and they were here on Friday morning. Perfect.

Received half of my order, 3 month after stil waiting for the second half which is in stock or for refund, despite several request by mail no answer or explanation.Would not buy again here nore recommand.

Poor after sales

Really good at taking money and shipping parts. But it goes to pot when you have a warranty issue. Seldom reply to emails, phone rings and rings, most emails get ignored. Very frustrating when the sales part of it goes so well. But in my opinion not worth the risk if they can't follow up after.
