I fear to add up how many thousands of pounds I have spent at island 4x4 over the last 10 years or so. I drive 4 landrovers, defender 90, Range Rover Vogue, Discovery 3 and a 110 V8. I haven’t ever put one in a garage, apart from my own garage/barn/driveway. J carry out all the work myself and order loads of parts as and when I need them. When I ask advice on a particular part, they let me know which one to buy.I have had a few wrong items, but that was because I ordered the wrong items! Excellent value, prompt delivery, communication acceptable. A first class business very well worth buying from. Si, Dairy Farm.
I purchased a transducer for my Disco 1 in March which failed upon fitting, unfortunately you were unable to replace it. I have sent several e-mails and tried to contact you via phone, but to no avail. All I require is a returns note so that I can obtain a refund for a faulty item.I have had good service in the past but this I find frustratingJohn Elvidge
Fair to say, I was a bit nervous to order from a site that had so many complaints, especially ordering from a different country (!) and a somewhat bulky item (a rare type of tank and some gaskets).To my surprise, I had no problem whatsoever, maybe it’s just me, but also it could be a sign of things not always going wrong with these guys.Item was exact item, correct specs and great pricing. Will definitely try order from Island 4x4 Kent again, just to be fair to the people reading this review - I’ll risk it again myself, their selection is great and they seem to be true Landry fans.
Ordered 2x carrier bearings on Sunday and arrived on wed, great shipping and items received were GKN orange seal with F.A.G bearings, I thought they were the wrong bearings but after research they are the correct ones and hope they last the test of time - great effort and best price Island 4x4
