I had an awesome IT learning experience with IT Career Switch. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and supportive, responsive to questions or concerns. The curriculum is rich and diversified offering thorough preparation for both certifications and professional experiences. The tutors offer great advice on study tips and provides wonderful insights into IT Career. Special mention to Pierre Fourie without his guidance l wouldn't be a proud CompTIA A+ holder.

This is a useful, clear course (cybersecurity pathway) perfect for career switchers as it has the flexibility of being able to be done over the course of a year while juggling other responsibilities. The materials are very helpful and on point and the recruitment phase was well handled, with a personable and attentive consultant, and has been successful in getting me an entry-level IT job. My only criticism is that it is by nature a very isolating experience, many hours spent watching prerecorded online video lectures and taking notes, so some kind of in-person social events where you could meet other people in the same boat, or indeed further down the line than you, would be very helpful and motivational. Or at the very least some kind of online platform to facilitate communication between the students. I enquired about the above and was told by my tutor, in a rather laconic and unsympathetic fashion, that no such platform exists. Otherwise highly recommended!
This company is great and provides a great learning path and experience.I have started the traineeship in the end of June, passed both my CompTIA A+ exams by the 1st of November and im pleased to say i have already got a job.I have to thank Samantha from the recruitment team, since day one she has been really helpfull and attentive and helped me a lot throught the anxiety of the waiting process, I can't thank her enough.
Currently preparing for my last exam on the Project Management course. The staff have been wonderful and very helpful. I am doing this to have a career change from my existing professional job. I am hopeful this course will get me a good job which fulfills my needs in terms of satisfaction and pay expectations. Janine is fantastic and always on hand to answer all your questions. She the one in the know. Lets see what job i can get from this. Prior to this i am expecting career support from ITCareerswitch to update my cv and create an online presence. I am hopeful in the coming months i will be in my new career.
Lovely experience with this company. I finished my IT Technician Traineeship on October 2024 and I passed CompTIA A+ and in December I will already start my new job in this industry. I would like to thank Morgan from recruitment team for helping me with all the steps needed to achieve this. It took me less than 4 weeks to find a job.Also, they are helpful and if you have questions they are answering quite quickly.I would highly recommend because it is a serious company.
