Useless scammers. I created my digital book hustle to advertise for it.only for this scammers to to freeze my payment .their aren't sending my payout. Avoid this scammers at all cost .I even tried to contact support via email more than twice but they didn't answer my email. Scammers avoid this website at all cost .
Absolutely horrible support experience. I sent a message to the support email address in June 6th of 2025, and waited. After not getting a reply for a while, I sent a reply to my previous email asking for some kind of update on August 31st, and after not getting any sort of reaction once again, I reached out a second time on September 28th. Even after that, I got no reply what so ever. So on October 28th, I've decided to go to their community forums as a last resort, and post there.After my post went up, I got a reply within an hour or so, telling me they can't help at all, BUT on the forum side, my thread was immediately locked and hidden from public view, and a moderator simply told me that it is entirely my fault that I didn't receive a reply from the support team, because they couldn't help with my request, and I was breaking forum rules by posting about support not responding to me. And since my post was immediately locked, I had no way to respond to this moderator to voice my concern.So in short: If your support ticket can't be helped, you will likely never get an answer to it, and you'll be ignored forever.
