Loved this company untill they changed…

Loved this company untill they changed all juice to intense and ruined it I spoke to about 5 shops said lost sales because of it like smoking perfume I don’t no what planet your on changing it when people like me who can’t change is no without juice I’m so annoyed and won’t ever buy again

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Had some issues with the Air 2-in-1 & a couple of them not working. However, I contacted customer service & they sorted immediately with a replacement. When had further issues, sorted immediately again, Melanie was extremely helpful, overall experience was great.

Had amazing service from Melanie at IVG after one of my vapes stopped working after only using 2 pods. She responded to my phone call efficiently, emailed me and sent a replacement vape. Thank you Melanie at IVG.

2 IVG Airs died within a week

I've bought 2 IVG airs in the last 2 weeks - both stop working as soon as you add a new pack of pods to them.I followed all instructions, charged them correctly, and verified that the replacement pods for those supplied with the device were authentic via the QR code and scratch code on the back of the boxes and both end up constantly flashing red - regardless of charge and even when brand new pods are inserted.Very disappointing as the flavours are great but overall a poor experience.

2 IVG Airs died within a week

Ivg air massive improvement

Just purchased the new ivg air and I’ve got to say they’ve improved massively from the previous model , the new design will have ironed out any issues that the previous model had .Only trick they missed with these new devices is that the pods are still in brown plastic if they were clear you’d be able to see how much each pod had left with the new design.

fantastic customer service

had a couple of problems with the ivg 2400 devices but after chatting back and forth with Melanie via email i was given the opportunity to try the new IVG Pro 10k and it is fantastic, the flavour of the pods is the best on the market and i would highly recommend them.
