Locking mechanism

always use IVG best value for money 100%. However the new IVG Air vapes on the market are quite tricky to set up because of the locking mechanism. It actually took four people to try get it locked properly. The instructions on the packaging aren’t very clear either they don’t mention that you need to apply quite a bit of force while pushing down and turning it clockwise to lock it in place

I had a small the IVG2400… fixed fast

I had a small issue with one of the IVG 2400 vapes leaking when laid on its side I reached out to Lucia, who support and professionalism was exemplary a simple photograph from Me showing my issue despite me having cleaned up the mess and I had a replacement sent out unfortunately they no longer do the coffee pods which is a shame but she worked with me to find something suitable there was quite a bit of twoing and throwing on email but only to ensure I got what I wanted absolutely excellent customer support thoroughly recommend them and thoroughly recommend the IVG 2400 I like the journey that equates to smoking a cigarette if you put the flavors in the right order it helps guide you to know when to stop rather than just sucking frantically all day and then being buzzed on nicotine what an excellent product and what an excellent customer support

2 pods of mine didn’t work, BUT

2 pods of mine didn’t work, and they have a complaint page, which i filed in, one day later i have 4 free new pods at my door, great customer service and i doubt any other company is doing this!

I do vape great! If like me, you are weaning off all the other methods of smoking,vaping devices etc , do look at IVG products as they are well made, delivered very quickly, great service and great flavours ....and they don't leak, are discrete and very neat.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Bland, Faulty Juices

I recently placed an order with IVG and received a mix of intense salts (Spearmint, Fizzy Cherry, Summer Blaze, Frozen Cherries, Tropical Ice, and a VIMADE 50:50).Every single bottle has been a complete let-down. The flavours are bland, almost non-existent, and the vape texture is strange and unpleasant. These were advertised as intense salts ( apart from VIMADE) but they’re the exact opposite – weak, flavourless, and not enjoyable at all.To be clear, it’s definitely not my device or setup – when I use IVG’s regular salts from the 4-in-1 range, they taste great as expected. This confirms that the issue lies with this batch of intense salts.I was really looking forward to this order, but the quality is shockingly poor and the juices feel unusable. Unless IVG resolves this issue promptly with a refund or replacement, this review will remain at 1 star.Edit: they refunded me for the order and added 500 loyalty points to my account but very unsure to order from here again
