Disappointing purchase - it seemed too good to be true. Gorgeous sweaters advertised online, originally priced over $230, were marked down to $59. It felt like a classic bait and switch. Instead, I received a low-quality fleece cardigan. They didn’t address the poor quality and only offered a 10% discount on the sale price. There was no acknowledgment of misleading advertising. The contrast between the promotional images and the actual product is shocking! My credit card provider promptly issued a full refund. I advise caution when ordering from social media platforms without verification.
If I could give them a worse rating, I absolutely would! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Below are the messages I sent to them. "I ordered two sweaters based on the images on their site. When they arrived, they were horrendous! I wouldn't even let my dog wear such poorly made items! Please refund my money, as I will stop payment on my credit card and report you for false advertising. I can't believe the quality of the material and craftsmanship... both are awful. I intended to gift these to my twin daughters for their birthday, and now I'm embarrassed to show them. Do you have NO SHAME in your misleading ads? Plus, you profit from returns with all the added fees... I truly hope no one else falls for this, as you are a terrible business that deserves to be shut down!

The item I RECEIVED is NOTHING like what I ordered. I have pictures of both items. Is this a scam? DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Items shipped from abroad, not locally. This company promoted a beautiful knitted floral cardigan during their 'anniversary sale'. I paid $54.95. What I received was made of cheap sweatshirt material with a poorly printed floral pattern. To make matters worse, they advertise easy returns, yet their fine print states that sale items cannot be returned! I regret not checking reviews beforehand. Do not order from this company!
