Opted into a promotion of 50 free spins for a minimum deposit and wager of £25 I deposited £15 as I was led to believe it was to make a minimum deposit which the minimum you can deposit on the site is £5 and then wager £25 which I did, I contacted the live chat as I didn’t receive the free spins and was told that I had to make a deposit of £25 like the terms say but this left me confused as it was not the first time I had opted into a promotion of 50 free spins which had the same terms of a minimum deposit and stake of £25 which I had deposited £10 and wagered £25 and again didn’t receive the spins so I contacted an agent who awarded me the spins either the agent I spoke to today was wrong or the agent I spoke to the first time was either way I feel I have been hard done by as I was led to believe it was just to make atleast a minimum deposit.
