I have made a registration mistake by using my marital surname, verification requires that ID match your registered details. I have tried numerous times to try and correct this, I’ve sent multiple emails, requests to have it corrected and no one has assisted me. I can’t withdraw any winnings and my current withdrawal has just disappeared. This site is a scam, they take your money but do not do payouts.
