Terrible terrible horrible thing to do if you deposit with jackpot City absolutely bunch of lunatic running that place to have a live chat it will at least take half n hour just to speak to an agent then the agent asks you so many stupid questions that has nothing to do with the problem that you having they waste like hour and half then say all good to go for you then you go back and see nothing at all is done after all that to get to talk to them again have to go through all that again and then you have to explain everything again from beginning to another agent. I had to explain myself 7 times and I'm sure there was only 2 agents there. It's like they have fun pissing you off and the agent was telling me I think you have gambling problems that's why you getting frustrated. WTF I honestly just wanted to punch him in the face when he said that. I'm really fkd off at them it's been more than 2 months and still haven't got my 10$ deposit back. Fck that don't make a mistake to deposit warning
