Withdrew on the 8th of July 2025

Withdrew on the 8th of July 2025 , I enquired for a withdrawal status check the next day which the reply was it should reflect in my account on 9th July 3;54pm.Doesn’t happen (bank said they didn’t even try put it in my acc) do another withdrawal status check then it goes on to say it’ll be processed in my account on the 11th of July. Still nothing on the 14th july. Contact with my bank and jackpot city hasn’t even made an attempt. So I go back to the help centre and do another withdrawal check and now it’s “being processed “ like wtf?? Terrible for someone who’s this is my first time withdrawing. May I add I’ve emailed them multiple times and they haven’t made contact even after 48 hours.

Worst casino with no customer service
