I self excluded from gambling in Ontario from any land based or internet based gaming sites. As I developed a very bad gambling addiction that made me lose my family, jobs and places to live. I got a big email from JackPotCity saying they’d match 90% of my deposit. I was drinking and ended up going on and lost A LOT! Of money. I then found out from A.G.C.O. That they shouldn’t have let me gamble on their site. I went on and proved to them later I was self excluded from any land based, or internet based igaming sites, because of all I lost. THEY LAUGHED AT ME AND KEPT MY MONEY! I hope this disgusting place gets shut down! I’ve lost everything and they laughed at me???????
Very bad experience, done a withdrawal on Saturday morning until today Tuesday they got different stories to tell, Try other casino, this is waste of money, I must be closed, just wish them to lose all customers and the gambling board close, its useless
This casino's customer service is truly disappointing. Not only is it impossible to reach them via email, but their chat feature is completely useless. The automated bot goes in circles, repeatedly claiming it will connect me to a representative, but it never does. There’s no time frame given, no follow-up, and ultimately no one ever comes to assist. This lack of reliable support is unacceptable and makes the entire experience feel like a scam. I strongly advise against playing here.
