I acquired a Linux phone and later a laptop about a year ago. Overall, my experience has been positive - the phone arrived in two weeks, while the laptop took about a month. The Linux phone is fantastic for those prioritizing freedom and privacy, offering full control similar to a computer. Transitioning from a degoogled ecosystem, I tested some features out of curiosity. I updated the operating system to a newer version and explored various distributions. The company ensures the latest modem firmware is included, as mine had the latest updates. It works well with my local carrier after the shutdown of older networks. While there are challenges in daily use compared to degoogled Android, they are manageable even for novices: - Battery life is limited, so I keep chargers handy and carry a power bank. - The device warms up during use, but auto-suspend helps cool it down; I position it near the AC vent in my car during summer. - There are no data notifications in suspend mode, so I only use auto-suspend when necessary. - The camera quality resembles older models, which doesn't bother me, but I understand it matters to others. It also saves RAW images for post-processing. - GPS functionality is acceptable but can be inconsistent, so I keep an older device as a backup. - The third-party operating system can occasionally feel a bit buggy, so I wait before upgrading. The laptop performs well for everyday tasks like browsing, emailing, and basic video editing, even without dedicated graphics. The software repositories are somewhat outdated, but the company provides guidance for accessing newer applications. I have encountered a battery detection issue, which support indicated was resolved in a firmware update, but I haven't addressed it yet. Email responses can take 1-2 weeks, possibly due to high volume. The desktop experience is ready for broader adoption, and vendors like the company facilitate this transition. However, the Linux phone could benefit from software optimization and upgraded hardware in future versions. I'm looking forward to acquiring their next laptop model, provided certain features are addressed. A significant improvement would be adding a GPU option with open-source drivers.
I truly wish I could give this company a zero-star review. I ordered a phone in mid-2021 and still haven't received it by late 2025. This company has no shame, routinely emailing me every six months to invest, despite having taken my money for a phone that, even if shipped four years later, would be outdated. Online reviews reveal widespread dissatisfaction among customers, except for paid influencers misleading the public. I recommend avoiding this company and considering alternatives that you will actually receive. I wish I had done my research before making this purchase.

Fantastic tech support and quick service. The desktop model I purchased is the best on the market. I'm planning to buy another one this spring. Some customers complain about back orders, but I suggest purchasing what’s in stock or checking inventory before ordering. Thank you!
I placed an order back in September 2020, and after four years of waiting, I still have no product, only delays and empty promises. I've repeatedly contacted customer service, but they either don’t respond or provide misleading updates. They haven't delivered, and even after moving, I still haven't received any realistic information about my shipment or a refund. Trusting this company was a huge mistake, and I feel like my money has been taken. Don't waste your money or time on this company.
I ordered my phone in 2021 and have been waiting for three years, but the company won’t even respond to my emails. I have paid in full and have evidence of that, with previous emails stating they would ship the phone, but nothing has happened. Now, I don’t even get a response to my requests for a refund or shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.
After a year, the battery died. I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, and we concluded that a battery replacement was necessary. However, the company does not sell batteries outside the US, so I can't purchase one to make my expensive laptop functional. It's unfair that they sell products internationally without providing accessible replacement parts.
