Absolutely trash app. I have won money before, but it takes 5 business days every time. Also, do not accept and use their bonus matching offers. Don't even take the free spins they offer. They use it against you. I did a couple 100% bonus offers for 100 and 50, giving me 150+150 thinking it was this cool incentive. Ya except I win 900 on a bonus win and find out I can't withdraw any of it. Had to win around 2400 more in bonus wins before any of it was withdrawable. They pray on people, they have absolutely screwed me out of legit wins. Bet365 doesn't pull this shit.
Not even worth 1 star tbh…. Deposited £70 but it never reached my jackpotcity balance and was told the transaction failed due to a connection problem and was told it would be back in my bank within 2 days and 7 days later it was somehow in my jackpotcity balance and was told it was in withdrawal process then I was asked to update my preferred payment payment method which I did and since then they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails and today they have blocked me so I have no way to contact them…. Just doesn’t make sense how a transaction that failed due to a connection problem can then magically go through a week later and go into withdrawal process
