If I could leave 0 stars I would. Needed to get a return shipping label and for days, have tried to contact them. Their customer service number puts you on hold indefinitely, tried to "keep my place in line" and they will call you back, and tried their live chat numerous times. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER service. No calls, emails, or chat requests ever got any reply. What a joke.
If I could rate customer service NO stars, it would be more appropriate. Called 4 times; waited on hold, and then when finally got through, no one was able to check the status of the order that was placed 3 weeks ago. When it was escalated to a supervisor, he conveniently disconnected the call and no call back. WORST customer service!
This site is incredibly frustrating! I can't add my new card, and after being advised to clear my cache and history, things have only gotten worse. My card still won't add, and my rewards for savings aren't being credited. When I reached out for help, I struggled to understand the representative. I expressed my discomfort with providing my order or credit card details over the phone, and they suggested sending a link to input my payment—this made me even more uneasy! You've lost a sale and a customer. I'm considering canceling my credit card as well. I’ve wasted hours trying to place an order. I’ll be shopping elsewhere!
I purchased a dress that was supposed to come with a slip underneath, but it didn't match the picture. Additionally, the snaps were broken upon arrival. The support team doesn't have a chat option available, and I can't access any online help since the site is down. Overall, the dress is of poor quality. I wish I could share pictures to illustrate my concerns.

This service has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Make sure the items you order fit because returning them is a nightmare. I ordered shorts but received an e-gift card instead because it was past the return window. The gift card had an error when opened. I tried contacting customer service multiple times through chat, email, and phone, but got no responses. After months of trying, I finally got the e-gift card resent. Meanwhile, the price of the item I wanted increased. The representatives were unhelpful and unfriendly. This experience has left me with a very negative impression.
This will be my last purchase from this service. I have tried reaching customer service multiple times through various channels, but there has been no response. I need to return an item with incorrect sizing but can't find out if I need to pay for return shipping. I'm now forced to drive a long distance to return it. I will be warning my friends and family to stay away as well. This lack of customer service has been an ongoing issue.
Returning or exchanging items is not worth the effort. They charge for all return shipping. I'm still waiting for refunds on two pairs of jeans, and it's been over a month. Frustrating! Communication with customer service is difficult as their representatives are not local.
