Not only they don't pay artists anymore, but also just realised, that they still sell my music and whole even that I removed my music and whole artists profile from them some time ago. I will be taking legal action enough is enough. But for all you reading this, please stay away from this company.
Update 11/05/2025, get paid two months late.I have been working with this company since 2016 and have never had any problems with them before.In November 2024, they suddenly stopped paying out rewards for stream licensing and Online synchronization, which has already raised some suspicions. And in February 2025, I ordered a withdrawal of money and they have not been able to send it to me for two months. They say that they have been negotiating with the accounting department for the second month and so on.The amount is small, about 100 euros, and it looks like they simply do not have any more money to pay authors.
I want to use an app to play a licensed music in the store, the app is no longer available to download and they removed it without any prior information, in the current situation the only option is using the website that also includes music our shop cannot use without paying additional license. They are not informing users about upcoming changes, I was looking for 1 hour why some tables cannot download their app. If you want to find some music for your place stay clear and look for something else. And they even won't allow downloads anymore.EDIT: After another talk with support they don't feel obliged by the promises made by sales person 4 months ago, so I'm no longer able download music as promised, and the new app by default plays non royalty-free music.
