The plants were quite fragile, yet they arrived impeccably packaged, ensuring no damage during transport—definitely a 10 out of 10! The support team is genuinely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist in any situation: I was delayed with my holiday order, but they still managed to get my cacti to me in time for Christmas. Although it was my oversight, their kindness in sending them early was greatly appreciated.

Unpleasant experience. It felt like they wanted to discourage visitors. We have always been good clients, but the second-generation manager seems unfriendly. We had three interactions with management and staff... all negative. It's a clear sign when the staff are also hostile.
The package was sent quickly and well packaged, but my plant arrived with more than half the branches broken. The company's response was very positive, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. Thankfully, the branches can be propagated. Thank you once more!
