Damaged cards! Never had any trouble before now, i think i was lucky. Poorly packaged, only 1 piece of thick brown paper scrunched up protecting 2 booster boxes. Emailed them and they could see the corners of half the cards within my booster box were damaged, also the booster box itself was. I was told they would investigate then silence from them, i followed it up with another email and no response. I have now spent close to £1000 with Japan2UK and this is how they handle a loyal customer, i could understand their silence if i was a first time buyer. Very disappointed.
I’ve recently bought around 8 booster boxes from Japan2UK. As a long-time collector, I’ve ordered from Japan2UK multiple times over the years. Just picked up 8 booster boxes, and once again, the service was flawless. They keep raising the bar, I’ll always come back!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! All cards that purchased were heavily damaged. Not just a small nick but complete edges ruined on every card. Customer service agreed the cards shown in the photos were in fact damaged but they wouldn’t be doing anything to resolve the issue.
