Really poor experience with this company. They advertised they buy graded cards so sent them my list of 70 graded Pokémon cards (different grading companies such as PSA, Ace etc) to see what they would offer to buy them from me. They have ignored both my emails that have been sent to their email inbox I was asked to send them to. First email was sent on Monday 14th 7.59am July and then sent them a second on the 21st July 1.21pm which both were ignored. Very rude

After buying product from them I found it elsewhere so much cheaper which is a shame as this place was touted to be a good place for retail cards etc. Very disappointed about the mark up when everywhere else is blatantly doing retail if and when available.

I got sent the wrong items i ordered the new black bolt deluxe (35) cards booster pack and received 2 standard black bolt booster packs (7) cards and so sent Japan2uk email and within 2 days got a nice email back saying that i can keep the packs they accidentally sent me and there sending out the original packs that i had ordered great customer service and great communication
