I got sent the wrong items i ordered the new black bolt deluxe (35) cards booster pack and received 2 standard black bolt booster packs (7) cards and so sent Japan2uk email and within 2 days got a nice email back saying that i can keep the packs they accidentally sent me and there sending out the original packs that i had ordered great customer service and great communication
AVOID - This company has gone downhill so much over the last 6months. They are trying to justify their customers paying 5x the RRP on pre released booster boxes, only to then drop the price by nearly 50% weeks after release. They have clearly jumped on the greed wagon and to me are no better than all the scalpers out here now.Everytime I have recieved an email within the last 6months to notify me that a product has been re-stocked, I instantly go through the link only to be met constantly and consistently with a "out of stock".In my opinion this is because they don't protect against BOTS and couldn't careless if the real Pokemon community gets product or not. Hey alsong as your making your £££ right. I personally have spent alot of money with Japan2UK over the past year or so, but havnt purchased hardly anything in the last 6 months and don't think I will making any further purchases with them either.Do not support this store, they don't have any morals or ethics when it comes to their customers and loyalty.RANT OVER
