Most importantly the service of Japan2UK is unbelievably amazing! They are very fast in their response, very polite and helpful. They helped me correct a shipping issues when I purchased nano blocks (which myself and son love by the way) in order to get it faster so we can build it on holiday together. This has allowed me to create memorable times with my son building Pokemon whilst being on holiday and I thank them for that! I would highly recommend this business and will be buying more item soon! Thank you ☺️

Absolutely brilliant. Always left feeling happy.

I always have great experiences with japan2UK. I find they are much more reliable. Yes their prices are more but that’s because they sort out the hassle of extortionate shipping prices and customs etc! The customer service is outstanding. If I’ve ever had any issues they are quick to do whatever they can to fix it and apologise. Very trustworthy, would deffo recommend.

Excellent company but Royal Mail damaged my package.

Everything about Japan2Uk is excellent, their customer support was great and helped when I entered the wrong email address to get my tracking info to me. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars was that Royal Mail handed me a mess of a package. They hadn’t looked after it at all. Nothing to do with Japan2Uk but careless carriers lead to damaged goods. Luckily the cards were fine but not in as pristine condition as I’d hoped.

Awful

Awful. Paid for 24 hour delivery on the Friday and I won't be getting the shipment until Tuesday. Company didn't seem bothered. Needed what I had ordered for the Monday for a charity event but again they where I fased.
