Review Time
Company is trying to get my 1star review removed anyway they can even though they are fully aware I made two purchases from them which I can prove . Although I was only just satisfied with the 1st order the 2nd order was damaged in transit due to very poor packaging and negligence so I want a refund what’s wrong with that? Please stop harassing me and if you are dissatisfied with my dispute then please take it up with my bank but there’s no getting away from the fact that my item was poorly packed in a soft paper mailer! so sad how some ppl are this pathetic Inadequate packaging*poor customer service*unprofessionalNever have I experienced such rudeness from a business, what it comes down to is the product I ordered is damaged which is most definitely caused by the lack of packaging during transit which I have photo evidence of.Emailed the company and instead of doing what most normal business should do which is apologise and investigate what’s happened they did neither , instead proceeded to email with legal action if I didn’t close the dispute even mentioning that they won’t be replying to emails like they are 12 years old , so I have reported them to the ombudsman because it’s my right to seek get a refund for damaged goods.Soon as I seen the mailer forced through my letter box I knew this was going to end badIm a seller of cards and everything myself and I would never send a card or pack in a oversized paper padded mailer with no cardboard and nothing to stop it from moving around when humans and machines move it, throw it, squash it, squeeze it and being forced through letter boxes.I won’t order again obviously but In future perhaps mailers with cardboard might be a good idea or even small boxes to protect the customers item 🤯Also i have reported fraudulent reviewers onTheir page which is clear when you click on the users they are fraudulent and they should know better to do this Won my dispute with the bank
