I bought a watch for our anniversary, but my husband noticed that the watch head was slightly bent after a month of ownership so I contacted them, they asked for me to return the watch so I did. However I have bad dyslexia and didn't notice that they asked for a tracking number. Now they are refusing to give me my watch back because I didn't add tracking to the shipment. This is rediculous. I hope anyone ordering from them will use some common sense and look elsewhere!
