There was a mark on my personalised…

There was a mark on my personalised gift and when I've emailed in numerous times I am yet to get a response form them!! They eventually replied 2 weeks later. The mark was just an effect of real leather so that's fine. Just a shame it took so long to reply

I bought a wallet from you and it came super quick. The price was very fair too. The quality of my wallet is outstanding but… on contacting you to see if you could make me another wallet with a slight change you said that you can’t do this so I’m going to have to give you a 4 star instead of 5.I hope in the future you would consider customer requests for slight alterations as I’m sure I would buy another off yourselves .
