Uneven stitches

Not happy with product. I received the wallet. The stitches are uneven. I would like to exchange with right stitched one. The customer service said they have only uneven stitched wallets left. So I returned the wallet and they refunded. There is anyone would like to purchase this wallet, you will have odd stitched product.

Good quality but Avoid personalisation

I had to change this review, with J&H now having come back offering a new bag, including the choice of other slightly more expensive options, or a full refund. Faith restored albeit a 6 week wait to receive the replacement.
