Misleading charges

At the time of placing an international delivery order please make it very clear on the payment screen for customers that they will have to shel out extra for customs, taxes, duties - so that they are aware. It probably is already mentioned on your site but cleverly hidden in the fineprint. When one pays for express shipping (international) one is under the impression, the amount charged is all inclusive.

Poor communication and no refund

Good products however I sent an item back and they have not refunded my money for over 3 weeks now. I have tried contacting them via email and instagram which they have not responded to.
