Updated:Jekyll and Hide just provided me the proper tracking information, showing the product is actually in the system. Quick to complete my transaction and getting it ready for shipment. I received an e-mail 2 weeks ago saying my order is on its way. When checking tracking number, the status is: Label Created, not in system yet.If this continues for 3rd week, I may look into cancelling my order.
Product arrived on time although I had to ask a question before ordering as the description was vague. When the product arrived, the answer I was given to the question turned out to be completely incorrect.The product is good quality, the leather, studs and zips are all well made and feel solid. There are no issues externally, although the internal divider is poor - it slides around all over the place and gets in the way more than it helps.
My wife got me their wallet after it appeared in one of those independent ‘best gift’ newspaper articles around Christmas. The craftsmanship is remarkable, stitched quality leather over a lightweight metal frame with a card lifter. I stopped using fold style wallets, and will never go back. It gets admiring glances and at least 2 friends have purchased in the last 6 months. I had one small reason to contact their customer support, and got an immediate response and a resolution far exceeding my expectations. What a fabulous business - can’t praise them enough!
I am a big fan of Jekyll & Hide, having bought shoes, jackets and multiple pieces of luggage over the past few years. Quality and price are excellent. Recently a laptop bag I purchased 2 years ago had issues with the stitching failing in one of the handles. I contacted them, and they sent me a new bag within a week. Incredible service! Great company and will buy more of their products in the future.

I hadn’t seen the tick for next day delivery on my order but when I contacted them, they immediately offered to upgrade delivery to next day to ensure it arrived on time .Fabulous bag and amazing customer service .
