Bev and Lloyd at Jellis Craig were fantastic. Initially, Lloyd showed us quite a few properties and was always very accommodating, responsive with answers to our questions and generally very nice to deal with. When we saw the advertisement for the house we eventually bought, Lloyd facilitated a viewing with Bev, the sales agent for that particular property. It was also a pleasure to work with Bev. She facilitated access to the property quite a few times, was great to keep us in the loop and gave us the space we needed to consider what we wanted to do. I'm sure the vendors were delighted with Bev too. Overall a very smooth and positive experience for us.
Costa and Ben from Jellis Craig, Monash, we’re terrific to deal with. They both went above and beyond to get the best price for our beloved home. Finding people who are direct in their communication and upfront about cost is hard enough but add to that that I’m female with a significant mobility disability, and it’s nigh on impossible! Ben and Costa were both respectful and empathetic without being condescending; gave us clear and concise details of what services they were offering; communicated immediately and directly after open homes and made themselves available whenever we had questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
There are too many estate agents in Mount Waverley which makes picking a good one hard. I picked a good one - Paul Polychroniadis (Jellis Craig).He was very good. Very hard working. Very professional. Got the deal done.Opens for inspection were numerous and well staffed. Marketing materials were good. Photography was great. Paul was able to think on his feet.I'd use him again. I have already referred a neighbour to him.
