Although COVID provided complications with the sale of my property they helped me through it very easily and made extra efforts to ensure potential purchasers could view the property. Awful Experience and Unprofessional

I moved into a Jellis Craig managed property back in April, since then it has been nothing short of a disaster. I’ve dealt with agents Regina McInnes and Sarah Poidomani. Myself and my co-tenant have tried to get my name placed on the lease for nearly 4 months and were constantly ignored by these so-called professional agents. Sarah doesn’t reply to emails and doesn’t answer calls, her voicemail directs you to contact Regina McInnes if the matter is urgent, who also doesn’t answer calls or emails. On more than 3 occasions the agents have lost forms pertaining to our rental agreement including direct debit forms. The agents even blamed me and my co-tenant for not having returned the forms, even though we did over a month ago and have the saved email to prove it. Not once have I ever received an apology for months of extremely unprofessional property management. I was even told that rental receipts are not given for payment of rent, which is illegal, rent which they are quite happy to directly debit from your account. I have reminded the agents countless times of their legal obligation to provide a rental receipt to which they still, amazingly do not provide. My next step will be a legal one. Overall would avoid these company at all costs, extremely unprofessional, do not reply to calls, emails and voicemails. I simply do not understand how they can do this to their tenants.

Simply the best

When my wife and I purchased an investment property in Montmorency, we purchased it from a young salesman called Scott, this was 10 years ago. Scott kept in contact with us over the past 10 years so it was just right that when we were to sell our investment property, we knew who that person would be, Scott. May I say he wasn't that young man anymore, he's a true gentleman. I'd like to thank Scott and his sales team Michael and Hayley for their support and for the record price we achieved for our unit, if you are thinking of selling give Scott a ring because he is simply the best.

Jellis Craig Doncaster - unhelpful and unprofessional

As a first time buyer, Jellis Craig Doncaster (Listing agent Matthew Lockyer) did not leave a very good impression on me. Here's what happened:We bought a house in Templestowe, it was rental property (agent was Jellis Craig Doncaster!) and the tenants moved out before settlement.1. At final inspection time the house was dirty, cooking oil dripped from rangehood to cooktop, spiders and spider webs throughout every room inside. When the Assistant /agent Taylah Mcowan open the door for our final inspection, even she was puzzled as to why the house was so dirty. It didn't look like it had been cleaned. The listing agent told me the house is clean, its good enough for selling and no rubbish left behind. He doesn't want me to go back to do another check.2. My husband went to pick up the keys on settlement day in Doncaster. When he arrived he was given some of the keys and was told he needed to drive again to Ringwood to pick up more keys. I called the office to ask the receptionist could they just send all the keys to the Doncaster office. She said: not guaranteed it will happen. So the buyer needs to drive around various offices picking up keys ??? This is not some kind of video game. Makes no sense.3. When I asked the agent how to open the garage door, he said the remote key can open it. Ok, but where is the button in the garage or the house? The agent has no idea how the garage operates, or A/C, or the heating etc. I think for the amount commission they are taking, they should at least know how to at least turn the Ac/ or open the garage door from an inside button.Spend a little time to know your product!!!In Australia we have provide almost no incentive for real estate agents to make a buyer happy. If you discover a nuisance operational problem, you have only big weapon remedies - either call off the whole sale or sue afterwards. These are unsuitable for small issues. But lucky there are Google reviews - hope you enjoyed mine!
