I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the parking service. After paying for two hours, I only overstayed by 10 minutes, yet received an £85 parking charge. At the location, the payment machine was malfunctioning, which forced me to spend extra time downloading their app and registering to make the payment. This delay was beyond my control, but it was still counted against me. I appealed directly to the service and escalated it to the relevant authority, but both appeals were denied despite my explanation. This situation feels unjust and unreasonable, especially since it stemmed from faulty equipment. I would highly recommend others to steer clear of this parking service if possible, as there appears to be no flexibility or understanding for genuine situations.

Paid for parking but received a fine

Misleading loyalty program

I joined their loyalty program after seeing advertised rates of $12 for two hours. However, after parking for an hour and a half, I was charged $20.80. When I checked the website, the rate had increased to $15, and later, the two-hour rate disappeared completely. I’m appalled by this company's tactics.

Questionable money-making tactics

This company appears to be running a dubious money-making scheme. Their so-called ‘grace period’ is only 5 minutes, which is unrealistic given the time it often takes to complete tasks. They issued me a £100 fine for exceeding this period. This seems deliberately set up to maximize profits rather than provide fair parking solutions. I recommend avoiding any locations they manage.
