I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the parking service. After paying for two hours, I only overstayed by 10 minutes, yet received an £85 parking charge. At the location, the payment machine was malfunctioning, which forced me to spend extra time downloading their app and registering to make the payment. This delay was beyond my control, but it was still counted against me. I appealed directly to the service and escalated it to the relevant authority, but both appeals were denied despite my explanation. This situation feels unjust and unreasonable, especially since it stemmed from faulty equipment. I would highly recommend others to steer clear of this parking service if possible, as there appears to be no flexibility or understanding for genuine situations.
Parking at the university is a real hassle for permit holders. I pay a monthly fee, but can’t rely on getting a parking space, and there are no clearly marked bays. The private company seems to issue fines at random, with no clear warning signs about parking rules. Appealing fines is a waste of time, as they make their own decisions, and you might need to pay another company to handle the appeal—adding extra costs!
I paid for parking online and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, I provided my registration number, and they let me in. Yet, I was issued a penalty notice claiming I hadn't paid. They confirmed my payment initially, so it seems they are either entirely incompetent or operating deceitfully.
I joined their loyalty program after seeing advertised rates of $12 for two hours. However, after parking for an hour and a half, I was charged $20.80. When I checked the website, the rate had increased to $15, and later, the two-hour rate disappeared completely. I’m appalled by this company's tactics.
This company is running a scam. After they took over parking at a local university, several car registrations were incorrectly recorded, leading to multiple penalty notices. Despite evidence proving my payments, I still faced fines due to their errors. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they seem more interested in collecting money than resolving issues.
This company appears to be running a dubious money-making scheme. Their so-called ‘grace period’ is only 5 minutes, which is unrealistic given the time it often takes to complete tasks. They issued me a £100 fine for exceeding this period. This seems deliberately set up to maximize profits rather than provide fair parking solutions. I recommend avoiding any locations they manage.
