I recently visited the location for the friends & family night and it was an outstanding experience! All the staff, including the manager, welcomed us warmly at the entrance. The atmosphere was just what I was looking for, and they were very accommodating regarding my food allergy! I'm so glad I won't have to drive far anymore!
Last night, my friend and I visited a local sandwich shop in Inverness around 5:15 p.m. There was only one customer ahead of us and one behind us during our entire stay. When it was my turn to order, I requested a regular roast beef and parmesan sub while my friend chose a meat lovers sub. I informed the staff member that we were placing separate orders. However, he proceeded to prepare both sandwiches simultaneously and asked what I wanted on mine, despite my earlier clarification. I specified mayonnaise on the meat and cheese side and oil and vinegar on the other. He then ignored my request and added vinegar and oil to both sides of my bread, along with mayonnaise on one side. When I pointed out the mistake, he simply piled the meat and cheese on top and continued to add more vinegar and oil to the other side, which I hadn’t asked for. Afterward, I requested to pay for my sandwich while my friend’s was being made, but he made me wait until finishing my friend's order, even though there was someone at the register ready to assist me. Once home, I unwrapped my sandwich only to find that the bread was extremely soggy. Despite my hunger, I could only taste the overwhelming vinegar and oil. Later that evening, I experienced stomach cramps and became ill overnight. I saved the other half but likely will discard it, as I don’t want to deal with the soggy mess while trying to eat it. My friend also found his sandwich to be soggy by the time he got to it. We’ve decided not to return to this place due to the lack of care from the staff and their disregard for customer requests.
The store in Ramsey has got so many guys working there and they still can't get the orders right. Not consistent with who is helping take your order so while you tell one person what you want, another comes along who doesn't know and screws up the order. When you complain they get angry with an attitude. Never again!
I ordered a sub without onion and tomato. I had to get back to Verizon since I was in the middle of a phone activation. The sub, I know to me was made with onions and tomatoes. Tameka literally drive to Verizon and brought me the corrected sub. Sara and Tameka, while at Jersey Mike's were fun, engaging. Totally loved the whole experience
My wife brought home two sandwiches for lunch from Jersey Mike’s yesterday. The bread on her sandwich was hard, seem to be a day old.My chicken sandwich was very mediocre. The last time we had sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s, we said we should go back cause they were so good. Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll wait a year before we go back again.
My sandwiches were never delivered. I've reached out for now over 2 weeks! Not one response. The local restaurant isn't at fault but the delivery service. It's not right that they never reply back. And the store says to contact supportatjerseymikes.com. if I don't hear something by tomorrow I will be disputing this with my bank.
This is strictly about that Jersey Mike on Winchester near Hackscross in Memphis, Tennessee. The first 10 or 15 visits the sandwiches were neatly made and full of flavor. Even the staff was pleasant. However, the last three visits at the Winchester location did not meet its usual qualities. The bread was so hard that it crumbled like tasteless crackers. Maybe thats what threw the taste of the entire sandwich off. I'm sure I will not be visiting this Jersey Mike's location any time soon.
