I purchased a plan on Nov. 16 and received a notification on the 17th that the data was all used up and offered me to buy another plan. I had not even left on my trip. How is this possible? I tried to contact support to find out what I did wrong and no answer.
You are not helpful, and technically cheating your customers, you should made it verh clear before buying your product explain that it is not suitable for all models, and to specify clearly which model is suit for,Even though I wrote to you explaining the above to either refund the money or to give me other options but instead you kept silence.You loose your reputation like this and I will put my review on the media to alert the people.
