My elderly mother was confused and upset by the many letters asking her to complete an online survey. She has no access to internet and has no interest in completing the survey. I contacted the given email address stop the letters but they are still coming. Useless company, they ignore their emails.
Survey on behalf of Department of Education i completed the parent section and received £5 which i donated to charity MIND. Had a small technical issue which stopped my son completing the form since fixed. My son is very happy to have taken part in the survey which might help change education for the better especially around bullying.
