Well I can’t say good or bad or in between as the product I ordered is not even with me yet as it’s coming tomorrow. Amazon is tanking there sweet time because it was supposed to get to me by now and sadly it’s not I called Amazon and told them how I was feeling I feel that there was no help ! So I asked the company for help and they where more help then I could ask for better then Amazon I can tell you that and I’m so grateful for there help don’t worry feel free to contact them with anything you need help with .
I placed an order well in advance on 11/17, expecting prompt shipping based on the information provided by the platform. After the Black Friday sales came and went without any updates, I contacted the support team. They informed me that due to the high volume during the sales period, they were batching orders for shipping to maintain accuracy. However, I thought my early order would prevent any delays. Days turned into weeks, and still no product arrived. Ultimately, on 12/20, with no product in sight and no reassurance of delivery, I decided to cancel my order.
I relocated after placing a pre-order for an item, but it unfortunately went to my previous address. After reaching out to the support team, they promptly reshipped it to my new address within days. They were incredibly kind and helpful. 10/10 for customer service! 👍

At 68 and not very tech-savvy, I was unsure why a third-party app was needed for the new zoom lens. The response was quick, clear, and very informative. I take many photos during my travels and look forward to using this lens now that I understand its necessity.
