App functionality issues

The app is currently malfunctioning. I’m stuck on break, and pressing the designated button doesn’t end it; it simply beeps without responding. This issue began after the latest update. I’ve tried reinstalling, logging out, and other solutions, but it has been nearly a week and the app is still not functional.

The app is not functioning

Misleading claims about being free

They claimed it was completely free, yet signing up requires providing your email and phone number (which they may sell to third parties). Many features are hidden behind a paywall. I recommend avoiding this unless you're okay with just a basic timer.

Some suggestions for improvement

It's a useful tool for tracking time. However, my team struggles with the lack of options for managers to set time targets for tasks. Additionally, there should be a way to change the account owner if they leave the organization.

Looking forward to canceling

I'm only using about 5% of the software, and I'm being overcharged. I can't wait to cancel. The customer support has been unhelpful, and there seems to be a bait-and-switch regarding the fees. I definitely won't recommend it!

Needs more features in project section

The project-adding section needs additional features for owners and admins. For instance, it should allow for inputting project tasks, received dates, expected completion dates, statuses, and reasons for delays. This would enhance the system's effectiveness.

Effective but has limitations

I'm using this for tracking employees and time off. The app is easy to use and flexible, but I wish I could edit time off policies. A significant drawback is the lack of tracking for unpaid time off.

Pros and cons

Pro - The GPS feature is essential for both employees and management. It outperforms the GPS in other apps! The archive option simplifies my job. Con - I wish the reporting options were more dynamic. It would be helpful to pull reports based on projects instead of just activities.
