Date range selection issue on browser

I can select a date range for timesheets in the mobile app, but not in the browser version. This is crucial since my employees get paid every 15 days, and I need to handle this quickly on my desktop. The browser only offers daily, weekly, and monthly options, while the app allows custom dates. Please enable the custom date feature on the browser!

Adding new members is problematic

When I try to add a new member for kiosk access without purchasing an extra seat, it doesn't go smoothly. I am currently on the Premium Plan.

Time stamp from anywhere

We have employees that work from home and in other states, this works well for us and the price is also reasonable. It could be better at the final tally's as far as breaks and lunch's are concerned however, it's easy to review.

Best transition ever

We are a small company and were doing TIMECARDS before Jibble. It will take an hour to do payroll before. Now it takes 4 minutes. 3 minutes to check everyones hours from the week before and 1 minute to run the report, download it, check it and submit it to payroll. And because we can select the format we want our hours to show, it takes payroll like 10 minutes to process payroll instead of a couple of hours. Wish:1. The "Holiday "Calendar, while it displays in the timesheet it does not apply the hours to employees, so I created Holiday -PTO option, but I have to add that to each individual person, one at the time because there is not a batch option for that. So if they could have at least 1 "paid " Calendar that would automatically add those hours to the paid hours, that will be great! I would create a couple of calendar, since you can assigned multiple people to those and one will be a paid calendar and a non paid one, for those day that the office is closed but employees need to take PTO if they desire to be paid. We are experimenting with "Activities & Projects" and loving it so far!!

I found it hard to set up and I don’t…

I found it hard to set up and I don’t use the upload feature for quick books because it doesn’t separate overtime . I can’t figure out how to make that work. I also can’t set the pay periods the way I want them and would like to be able to. So overall it was not user friendly. It works ok for the staff to put their time in. But I still have to go though and print time sheets and figure out overtime myself.

Jibble is a great app

Jibble is a great app, and the team is really responsive when you have queries. Only the downfalls would be occasional lags in loading daily hours after editing, discrepancies between the address of a clock-in and the person's actual location on the map and a few features that are missing that would be really useful. For example, being able to copy one person's hours to another (if they've worked the same that day) or to add standardised breaks (an easy-click add 30 min break button for example).

Non-Profit help for the win!

Jibble helped us evolve from paper time cards to digital time keeping! It has saved us a lot of time and is very user friendly! I do wish they had more customizations, like time clock rounding, but overall, the price and service has been great for our small non-profit needs.
