Declan was such a nice guy from the get go! Very informative and made the whole process run very smoothly from transitioning from 1 jigsaw home to another. Also a shout out to Allison who was there with declan on the viewing date, she was lovely and helped with any questions I had. Huge thankyou to you both and thankyou for my lovely home once again.
Jigsaw Homes first contacted me near the end of October, to offer me one of their properties, l had been bidding for local council properties, due to being evicted from my home after living there for 24 years. Unfortunately, l wasn't having any luck, and l guess due to me suffering from epilepsy, l was given first choice. Karen, who has been keeping me updated, came to see me a day or so later, and started the ball rolling, saying the flat would take about 3 - 4 weeks to get ready, and has kept me up to date when necessary. I was delighted when l finally got the call to say the flat was ready on the 27:11:2023

I signed the lease & collected my keys for a one bedroom flat through Jigsaw on Friday.
