Everything was lovely till we accidentally left a gift bag we brought as given to me for my birthday

Everything was lovely till we accidentally left a gift bag we brought as given to me for my birthday and the place was already locked when we realized still that night.
We called for help physically when we saw a guy who worked in the building. He called the Restusrant to explain and we were advised to drop messages to them and call in advance of opening time but to know avail.
As soon as we could reach them close to opening time, the manager said it wasn’t there and we pleaded he contacted the team who worked on the first night before but no we aren’t sure if he did.
In our message we also asked if the cleaners who may clean the facility see it they should inform them to keep it for us as we snapped it from the outside when we realized we left it.
My friend also left her oyster card by accident and it was so sad because we know most places would keep our items till we return she possibly have prove, at least keep it for a limited number of days or time.
Even with all our outreach to them, nothing. It was really painful and inconsiderate.

Went to the O2 branch

Went to the O2 branch, it was awful, the food, absolutely disgusting! There was nothing edible at all! £25 per person for a couple of spoons of shredded duck and a slice of pizza! They say they have a huge selection of different foods that you would think make everyone happy, but I struggled and could not find anything, even the salad was awful! Avoid this place.

They put themselves before customer, don’t serve accurately to their menus and refuse to refill reus

The customer service was appalling at Jimmy’s cove kiosk. The staff put themselves before the customers and were unwilling to help with a bolshy blunt manner and unreasonable policies. They displayed a menu clearly saying just chips were available and when I requested to order chips they refused and said they were currently only serving chips with fish or sausages, not on their own to avoid wasting other food to save them money. I decided to order fish and chips and then worse, I asked them to refill my reusable water bottle and they refused that too when I was a paying customer. They said that they were too busy serving and had been making losses due to camp bestival which was insane, upsetting and polluting as they suggested to buy single use plastic bottled water as an alternative which showed a shameful attitudes towards protecting the environment. Overall the customer service and the attitude of the staff at Jimmy’s Cove kiosk is appalling and shameful especially as they refuse to refill a re-usable water bottle showed a selfish, careless attitude towards being eco friendly.

Absolutely disgusting, the Wembley beach is disgusting rude head waiter who humiliated me will never go back. Absolutely disgusting food is horrible.

Wimbledon restaurant is awful and…

Wimbledon restaurant is awful and chicken was undercooked. Me and my wife were severely ill an hour or so after. No refund given no apology offered. Horrendous.

Just been to their restaurant in Wimbledon, and it was a good night, the food was really nice and great from the price.It can be a bit noisy, because it's such a popular place, especially for families, you can have a great night out for such a small price, great for birthdays etc.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was terrible

Food was terrible. Didn’t seem to be any actual meals, just things you could try and put together to eat. Service was extremely bad. How they can charge £17.99 per person is beyond me, wasn’t even worth 17p per person.Only upside was the bottomless drinks which were £2.99 per person. But even then....there was an extreme lack of choice of what drinks you could have.This was in the Wimbledon restaurant.
