I liked most of the items shipped to me, the sizes fit great and the material was nice. Only complaint I have is that their waist bands are inside a fabric loop and get twisted inside of it. It can be a pain to try and untwist them, as the band inside bunches.
i’ve ordered from this company before and usually the sizing is fine.I typically take a medium.The recent merchandise I bought all in medium was so small and I cannot wear it and be comfortable I haven’t had the opportunity to wear the items only try them on and realize as soon as I received them the items are all too smallIt’s frustrating because it’s over $100 worth of merchandise that I can’t return because they’re marked my “underwear.”Even though I’ve never worn them Also, I reached out to them and no one’s followed up to try to make it rightSo definitely send a message that they don’t really care
Easy to make an order. The products are great in terms of fabric and how it was made. Its classy. One thing I would like to comment is… I wear size small, especially shirts and tank top it’s a bit long, wish they can shorten it but all in all it’s a great company, products are all well made and I always have a wonderful experience every time I put an order with them. The support team are also brilliant in addressing some issues and concerns, topnotch!
There are so many online sexy garment shops and I am not surprised JJ Malibu thriving with all the competition. Their undergarment are comfortable to wear, but what sets them apart from their competitors are their customer service. My order was missing after the delivery, and their customer care specialist immediately assisted me to place the new order without any additional costs. Unlike my experience with other European based site that the company refused the take responsibility on the missing package and I had to ask my credit card company to get involved.
