I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, but I ran into an issue. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised at 50% off. Nowhere in the product description or during checkout did it say the item was final sale. When the shoes arrived, they didn’t fit properly, so I emailed customer service asking for a return label (since none was included).Their response: no returns, final sale.I replied explaining that I never would have purchased them if I had known they were non-returnable. They then sent me a paragraph from their website stating that items at 50% off are final sale — but again, this was not listed on the product page or order confirmation.If they had clearly stated “final sale” up front, this whole situation could have been avoided. Transparency matters.
