My adviser, Scott, always provided me sufficient information to make a decision and did not pressure me into taking any deal he offered. He took the time to call and explain the different options and what he felt was the best way to go. He has also assured me he will keep in contact with me regarding the mortgage rates and is happy to switch the deal as many times as I would like to get me the best deal. This is the second time I have used Scott for my mortgage and there will be a third.
I always felt I got extremely helpful and honest advice. My point of contact answered calls at 8pm on Saturdays, and advised best options for me during the mini budget chaos last year, and again during very volatile market this year, and helped me secure a mortgage, and then switch it to another property. We are delighted with the service we received.
