What a terrible company! You have to email them to 'request' a return?!! And you only have 14 days to make this return. Why can't I just initiate a return like with other companies? The jeans don't fit and look nothing like the photo online!! I want to return for a refund. Plus, there's a £4 deduction for returns!!!!!!!!
The jeans we received were delivered quickly but are nothing like the image shown online. They don’t taper towards the ankle as needed, even though the picture suggests otherwise. We struggled to find jeans that fit my daughter, and this was a last-ditch effort—otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered due to the delivery and return charges, making it not worth sending them back for a refund, but they are not jeans she will ever wear.
Unfortunately, one of the jumpsuits had a frayed inner edge that broke the zip after washing. When I tried to exchange it, I was assured it would be fine. I sent it back, but then received a refund with a ‘just reorder it’ message. However, the refund was minus the postage, so I would have lost £4 to reorder even with their offer of free postage! I feel scammed for more money, so I won’t order from them again, which is unfortunate!
