Es war mein zweiter Trip mit Join the crew und mein erster mit selbst zusammengestellter Crew. Ziel war die Segelneulinge ans Segeln heranzuführen und ihnen möglichst ein Verständnis für die Vorgänge beim Segeln zu vermitteln. Skipper und Crew haben sich selbst übertroffen und aus dem angesetzten Abenteuer Trip wurde ein ausgewachsener Meilenturn mit Adria Überquerung. It was my second trip with Join the crew and my first with a self-assembled crew. The aim was to introduce the newcomers to sailing and to give them as much understanding as possible of the processes involved in sailing. The skipper and crew over-exceeded the expectations and the planned adventure trip turned into a full-blown milestone turn with a crossing of the Adriatic. Many thanks for the great experience and the intensive training!
First time sailing ⛵️ – and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳With our skipper Matthias and the crew we headed to Albania 🇦🇱 – and even made a spontaneous detour to Italy 🇮🇹 for a delicious dinner (and of course the mandatory morning coffee ☕️).The bays in Albania and Greece? Simply stunning 😍🌊Crossing the Adriatic was physically quite challenging 💪, but those long days out at sea had something truly special.Big thanks to Matthias – I learned so much about sailing from him 🙌Conclusion: I’d do it again anytime – an experience of a lifetime! ✨
My experience with Join the Crew was as amazing as I imagined. Our Skipper Sebastien was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient, listened to our requests and offered us all the options! I loved the hands on approach for teaching us how to sail. He has my full approval and I hope we weren't too difficult for him at times!
