Thus far the customer service has been top notch! I had an issue with getting back into my account while my order was processed and the customer service person promptly returned my emails (yes, plural) with all the information I asked for. I’m looking forward to geting my prescription soon.
This is my second time using amble. I have only ever had good experience with the medication and the provider that provides the medication. The questionnaire was super fast and they also text you very quickly. I hope again to have a great experience.
Arrived at my door a week after I signed up and spoke with a doctor. It was very easy! I have been on the branded med and was skeptical. But after I lost coverage I decided to try Amble. I am very happy with the results so far. I am on maintenance and just trying to maintain without gaining . It was the same experience as the branded at a lower cost, with no side effects. I am gonna sign up for 3 more months!

The doctor contacted me within hours and I had my medication in a week! It's been a great experience and the amble app is a tremendous help!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I took wrong dose and couldn't get in touch with anyone to help. Tried to cancel and they wouldn't refund. Then they sent meds to wrong address. Trying to get help is like getting water from a dry well. It isn't going to happen! And I paid for a year up front!! Thoroughly disgusted. DO NOT USE!
The whole process was so easy and the doctor explained everything in detail, which gives me piece of mind. I'm confident I will be successful in my journey with the help and knowledge from Amble.
