I recently had 2 cortisone injections in my shoulder. I have been suffering with constant pain and have not had the support through the NHS. I contacted Ram at the Jointcare Clinic and explained my situation. He offered me an appointment in my preferred location within days of my call. Ram was very professional and gave me confidence in his abilities. He took a detailed history prior to the injections. Ram gave anaesthetic injections, making the whole procedure easier for me. He gave me aftercare information, ensuring I knew exactly what I should avoid in the following days. I would definitely recommend Ram to anybody considering having cortisone injections with the aid of ultrasound.
I had Ram who done a Ultrasound scan on my left foot. Doctor suspected I had Ganglion Cyst, and having scan under Nhs was too long - up to 4 weeks. So seen Ram, he gave me appointment very quickly literally the next day and done the Scan and gave me results on same day, and confirmed was a Ganglion Cyst. Would recommend Ram for quick diagnosis and he was very polite and appointment was on time.
I took my 89 year old Mother for a consultation with severe hip pain. The problem was quickly diagnosed and following an injection the problem subsided completely within 10 days.The clinician was very courteous, had an excellent professional manner. Being a clinician myself I could appreciate his calm relaxed confident professional disposition. I would have no hesitation in recommending his service
Having suffered with osteoarthritis for about 3 years caused by an old injury and waiting on the NHS for further treatment I couldn’t stand the pain anymore so I searched google and found this clinic. I was contacted really quickly by Ram to discuss my issue abd was booked in two weeks later on a Sunday. I was given 5 injections. We are now just over 2 weeks after and without jinxing things I am hopeful that it has worked. I can’t thank Ram enough he was helpful and informative and actually identified an old fracture that I was not aware of. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that has been suffering with this kind of pain to get in touch with him.
After having shoulder pain since January and having to avoid lots of movements at Crossfit and struggling with some aspects at work (heavy engineering) I finally made the decision to go private and visit Ram at his clinic in Jesmond at the end of July.It transpires that this was a brilliant decision. Ram explained and showed exactly what the problems were with the shoulder and gave me advice on what to avoid to protect it in the future. I had two injections. For the first week or so I still had some pain then, as if by magic the shoulder felt great, and how nice it was to be able to sleep on my right side again!I'm knocking on a bit (late 50s) so aches and pains are the norm when you're still trying to compete in sport. But knowing that Ram can work his magic on REAL problems gives me hope that I'm not finished yet!! Yes, I still get the odd twinge if I do something I shouldn't but 2 months on the constant ache and the acute pain has gone for now. Highly recommended. You cannot put a price on the prompt and effective treatment Ram provides at his clinic.
The service provided by Ramakrishna Rachaputi was excellent. Fast appointment and assessment and I left the clinic with no pain. Amazing considering I could barely move before I went to the clinic. Would certainly recommend this clinic and the services provided.

I first visited Joint care Clinics for Tennis Elbow the pain was extreme, so much so even picking up pen was difficult. Working as a bricklayer I simply couldn't work and being self employed no work no money so I visited the clinic and met Ram with the intention of having a cortisone injection. Ram is a really nice man he has a calm professional demeanor which put me at ease. He took my details explained the process and patiently answered all my questions. Ram then did the injection and then patiently answered lots more questions before we finished. The next day the pain was gone and I could resume all previous activities, it was a massive relief.About 6 weeks later I returned to the Clinic to have PRP ( Platelet rich plasma ) injection on the same Elbow for a more long term solution, I had the first of three injections and the result now 3-4 months down the line is incredible virtually pain free and the actual tendon itself is healed.I can't recommend Ram and Joint Care Clinics enough don't suffer unnecessary as I did there is help available.
