Ram was excellent very professional and gentle he takes you through the hole procedure from start to finish and leaves you in no doubt as to how the procedure will pan out.i would recommend eny one who needs steroid injections to ease there pain to contact ram
I have suffered with a severe movement restriction for a number of years. I have been to see a number of medical professionals over the years, sadly with no improvement in the condition.Following a recommendation from a relative I went to see Ram at Joint Care Clinics. I am so glad I did. The improvement in my condition has been nothing short of staggering, it has genuinely transformed my daily life.The care, sympathy and stunning medical treatment I have received have been nothing short of first class. I suddenly hurt my back due to vigorous digging! The pain was severe and I could barely move nor lift the lightest thing. I was screaming aloud every time I did movement. I found Joint Care Clinic on line. I was given an appointment on the very same day of my call as I was desperate. I visited the Leicester branch ( Severn clinic in the Oadby area ) I was seen by specialist Ramakrishna Rachaputi. On arrival at the clinic I was impressed at the hygiene standard as this is the first thing I normally notice due to my ocd. I was talked through everything step by step and examined. I was given an injection in the area the pain was. I left the clinic feeling very satisfied with the service but still in pain. Exactly one week later I am now totally pain free! Dr Ram was extremely diligent and precise. He explains every step of the process and takes great care to ensure that the treatment is comfortable and safe.I’m not squeamish which helps but I had no pain at all.Golfers elbow is very difficult to treat so I’m hoping the greater precision of injections will work so long as I’m patient and protective of the joint.
Mrs Lynn Brown. I recently visited the clinic in Jesmond Newcastle for treatment by Dr. Ram. Good directions provided by the Doctor brought us to the clinic. Very impressed by the cleanliness and facilities available. Dr Ram was very thorough in explaining the proposed treatment to ensure I was comfortable with all aspects. He then provided anaesthetic to the right knee joint, drained excess fluid and proceeded with corrective procedure. After checking I was comfortable, he carried out the same procedure on the left knee. At no time did I experience any pain or discomfort. His manner is very caring and comforting. Since the procedure last week, Dr Ram has followed up to check on progress and assured me he is available if I have any concerns or discomfort.
At age 68 I developed pain in my left ankle over two years ago and an x-ray confirmed that I had arthritis in that joint describing advanced degenerative changes to my ankle. A course of Physiotherapy involving exercises provided some help but I was continuing to experience pain and discomfort when walking any distance and even getting up stairs. Having put off considering Steroid injections as a treatment by the NHS last year I contacted the Joint Care Clinic in Oadby recently and spoke to Ramakrishna and made an appointment for Assessment. My contact with Ramakrishna was a really positive experience my ankle joint was examined using ultrasound the problem area identified and following a thorough discussion a targeted injection of Cortisone and anaesthetic was given. I would have no hesitation in consulting Ramakrishna and the Clinic again in the future.
After speaking with Ram, I was impressed by his understanding and empathy with regard to my condition. He listened, REALLY listened. I booked an appointment with him and he gave me Ostenil + injections in my knees. At each stage of the process he took the time to explain what was happening and why. I am so glad to have found a genuine, caring, practitioner. He has a calm, confident manner that puts you at ease. So far, the injections have been a success and I will return to Ram when I need to, as I have faith in him and trust in his abilities to give me the best advice and treatment.
