Great professional service.I was in a lot of pain for 9 months with a frozen shoulder, two quick vists and I was pain free virtually straight away.I found Ram to be very friendly, professional and helpful and he fully explained the treatment and costs. Great value for money.Pain free after 3 weeks, 14 months later still waiting for the NHS to get back to me. I only wished that I would have gone to JCC sooner.
I was referred to Ram by Ruth at Rugby Physiotherapists for an ultrasound examination and possible cortisone injection of my left thumb. The appointment was set up very quickly and within 6 days I had been treated.Ram explained to me the process, it was fascinating to see the arthritic damage in my joints which together with Rams explanation gave me great confidence in the treatment.Before the injection Ram discussed with me the probable benefits together with the possibility of some side effects. It is now 2 weeks since the treatment, my thumb is functioning much better with less pain. Not 100% but I never expected that and well worth having the procedure.
I was referred to Ram for a Facet Joint injection in my back via my chiropractor as an MRI scan had identified bulging discs and possibly trapped nerve as i was experiencing sciatica. Ram completed his assessment and understood that my symptoms had impacted employment and everyday life and he saw me in his clinic at short notice. Ram completed one course of treatment and he was been able to eradicate my back pain and sciatica and i am pain free for first time in 6 months. Ram explained all the stages and procedures of the treatment and he was happy to answer any questions that i had.
Ram is an amazing professional who works with diligence and gentle care. This is the 2nd time I have been to his clinic to get a bakers cyst drained and cortisone injection in my knee. He is so gentle. He really does make a difference to my quality of life and now I am pain free again. I had a cortisone injection and a bursa drained by Ram. Ram was very professional and friendly and he did awesome job on my foot. I went to see Ram at a time when I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip leg and foot. Ram was amazing, he diagnosed my condition and provided the nessasary treatment which included cortisone injections. I was impressed by his medical knowledge and expertise in his field, and I would have to say he is one of the most caring and compassionate practitioner's I have ever come across. Plus Ram went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule at a time that best suited my needs. I would most definitely recommend Ram he was brilliant.
