Disappointing experience with delayed delivery

I ordered a shower head as a Christmas gift two weeks ago, based on the company's promise of delivery before the holiday. Now, with Christmas Eve approaching, it still hasn't shipped. I've reached out via email, but only received an automated response—no real customer support. I've attempted to cancel my order several times, but have not heard back. I've even had to file a fraud claim with my credit card provider. I strongly advise against using this service.

Disappointing product and service.

I received and installed the shower head, but the water pressure was very low and it arrived with a slight blemish. I reached out the next day to return it, but the company lacks responsive customer service and I received no reply to my four emails. Their fifth email suggested removing a flow restrictor, which we had already done, without addressing the blemish issue. It's been a week since I requested a return, and I'm still waiting for a response. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in quite some time.

Extremely poor customer service.

The customer service has been terrible. The return process has taken over 10 days with no resolution in sight. I can't mail back the item since the return is still pending approval. I do not recommend this company; consider alternatives.

Frustrating experience with orders.

I was really looking forward to trying this product, but I faced numerous issues. I ordered two shower heads with a subscription for replacement filters on the same payment card. They kept canceling the shower heads but continued sending the filters. My attempts to return the useless filters went unanswered, and after 10 days, I received a rejection email for a return request. The product might be good, but be cautious, as they will take your money without support. Very disappointing.

Complete waste of money.

The design is poor, using two threads in the same direction. The water filter got stuck after just three replacements. I've only had it for nine months, and now it's headed for the trash. The customer service is lacking as well. A total waste of money.

Be wary; they may be a scam.

Exercise caution—this could be a scam. They advertise a low upfront cost and a subscription fee, but charge significantly more immediately. Even if you return the item, they keep the charge. This is misleading and untrustworthy.

Frustrating design flaw.

This is ridiculous. You can't turn the shower head to insert the filter; it gets stuck. When I contacted the company, they acknowledged the glitch but offered ineffective solutions. The response I received was so poor that the retailer I bought it from apologized. After three months, my scalp issues remain unresolved, leading to a loss of $350. Don't waste your time.

Poor product and service experience.

Unfortunately, my partner bought this shower head without doing proper research. It stopped working after a week. After a dismissive call with customer service, we decided it wasn't worth the hassle to return it, so we went to a local store and found a better option without any issues.
